Had a delightful experience with the manager Katie, extremely professional, quick with making food even though she was the only one running the show in the morning. She always makes sure I can get back out to my ambulance in time to run my calls.

The young lady at the front counter didn't have any people skills when she took my order she just walked up to the counter and said what you want. No greating no smile and when I said thank you she just frowned and said uh huh.

Ordered over $100 for a pick up order a day in advance. Went to pick up the food at 5pm and they hadn’t even started it. Took 30 minutes to get the order. Almost made me late to my own party. Workers could not care less.

Was impressed by this place today! The customer service was like nothing you find anywhere these days. The entire staff was welcoming! Mary does a great job there! Food was good too. I enjoyed the pulled chicken sandwich and my husband said the bbq nachos were good. Everything came out hot! Restaurant was clean.

I’m originally from Memphis and was in town this weekend visiting family and was wanting Tops! I’m so glad we stopped at the Stage Rd location! MARY was so sweet, welcoming, and accommodating! Customer service was great and food came out fast! I’ll be visiting this location just to see Mary the next time I’m in town!
