$18 with tip for grits with eggs, ham and cheese to go. The steak is less money on the menu, but grits are a high end delight and easily worth a hundred dollars or more by themselves. I'm thinking about getting into the grit business myself cause it's apparently worth more than gold.
Not the best meal I've had at a Waffle House! Bacon overcooked, waffle overcooked and thin, skimpy on the eggs. The cook needs to tighten up, and then I'll give it a better review and rating. The food is why I only gave it 3 stars. Friendly staff though.
