“I came for a Blizzard. I’m sorry that it’s taken Structural Integration many years to get head over to Dairy Queen and indulge myself in this delicious treat.”

“Been through the drive only so I can’t speak to anything beyond that but I’m greeted promptly, my orders haven’t been wrong even with modifications and, the reason I’m even writing a review for a Dairy Queen (of all places), is the staff/crew! The ladies that work the evening shift are so nice and take pride in what they do. Look, it’s fast food so you have like 10 seconds to be a jerk to someone or not and this crew is consistently good. There’s one girl here that says she “makes her food with love” and I just thought that needed acknowledgement.

We all have jobs to do and these folks are no different. It stood out enough for me to leave a review and say thank you for taking pride in your job. Someone is managing this store well to have someone say they make the food with love—and it shows!”

“I was in the Nashville location on 1/28 during my visit to the area. It was packed but everything moved quickly, efficiently and the staff was so very friendly to everyone. That didn’t stop just at the start but all throughout our time there. The lady helping us (her name was Isis, I believe) even followed back up with us on something. Her and the manager went above and beyond to take care of us on something we didn’t even ask them to. Btw, nothing happened, they were just out of something, it came back in and they took care of us. A measure most would not do but she found us and made sure to take care. Now THAT is friendly customer service! The food is so amazing, y’all. This is going to be my new joint for every single visit to Nashville from now on. Hot dayum!!”

“The food and the service are always outstanding at Etc. I had the bread and butter (a little expensive but worth it for the almond peptic butter), the fish (delicious), and the sesame tart for dessert. It was all wonderful. The only issue there is parking, but if you keep looking, you will find a space not too far away.”

“I have a severe alpha gal allergy and can’t have any mammal products and worry a lot about surprise ingredients and cross contamination. Previous to getting sick I ate there often and loved the hospitality, polite staff and amazing pizza. Today I went and expressed my desire to still have there pizza and ask for accommodation. They assured me they would wash everything and prevent cross contamination. They treated me with kindness and respect and made me feel very assured. I was excited to see they offered anchovies and that is a protein I can eat and really enjoyed it. These guys are great. Long story short 10/10. Please eat here”
