This is a great place to eat because the food is awesome and the service is great and you get a great view of Boone Lake.

Pam is an excellent server.
She knows if you order a certain meal she anticipates what you may need to go with your meal before you ask.
We were there Friday and while other servers were standing around, she never stopped.
She was making tea and filling things on the table and prebussed our table instead of leaving us setting in a mess.
The burgers were wonderful!
As big as the bun ans server hot and juicy. Move o er Wendy's. The burgers were way better. The steak fries are seasoned and cooked to Golden brown. Never 1/2 cooked.

Lakeside. Good burgers and pizzas. Peanut butter pie is worth the trip!

Pizza is always good but the toppings make it better. Idk if its fresh or what but the sausage is great. Look forward to our next stop by.

I have never given a negative review in my life but I honestly feel like what we experienced last night totally warrants this being put out there. I usually really enjoy visiting Boonies—good food, good atmosphere—but we went there last night and some of the staff clearly did not have it all together. It was barbecue night and they were very busy so I do understand how hectic that can be. However, we witnessed what seemed to be a hostile interaction between a man behind the counter (who I think must have been the owner or manager, but didn’t seem to be doing anything useful other than complaining) and our very nice young waitress, who then had clearly had enough of him and she threw her hands up and walked out the door. Not being sure what to do at that point, my friend and I walked up to the register to see if we could just order to go. The woman behind the register was immediately so rude to us and talked to us like we were idiots for having come up there so we just walked back to our table where others were waiting. We looked over the menu again, then our husbands went back up to the register and the rude woman came back to our table and got even ruder, literally yelling at us. She stormed off when my friend spoke up and asked her why she felt the need to be so rude. She came back a few minutes later, literally seething through clinched teeth to get our drinks for us. Then, she stomped off and thankfully, a very nice waitress came to take over our table and she was super nice. She is the only reason that I am giving this review 3 stars. I’m really sorry that the woman behind the register seemed to be so miserable, but there is no excuse for being that rude to customers who are just trying to order and navigate a menu when it seemed that they weren’t serving much of what was on it. At the end, when our husbands went up to pay, she walked away from the register and went outside, so they had to wait for someone else to come ring them up. SMH

Great dining experience every time we visit. The daily specials are yummy. Good prices as well.

First time there today, and it is definitely not my last! Love the view of the lake, how clean the dining room was and how friendly the people are. I had heard about Boonie's for their fish fry, and will be trying it soon. I had the six oz cheeseburger, and it had to be one of the best I've ever had. The bun was grilled, the meat was juicy , the tomato slice big and bright red, and the lettuce crisp. Fries were crisp and delicious. My meal was less than $10, unbelievable!

I didn't have the chance to actually sit down and eat, but I was a walk in to-go order so I had to wait on my food to be prepared. It seemed like an awesome place to take your family. Everyone I spoke to was kind. The cook time was reasonable and the prices were actually not as high as I expected them to be considering they're a Marina Restaurant. I also noticed that they're pet friendly on their back patio as long as YOUR pet is friendly!

Birthday lunch out with friends. Cute place with nice view of Boone Lake. Super friendly server and delicious food. Great hand-patted Bacon Cheeseburger was outstanding. Others enjoyed the Rib Eye Sandwich and Fries. Terrific slices of pie all around and we left stuffed! Looking forward to doing back and trying a BLT Pizza from their pizza menu! 😋

Just left from eating the all you can eat Friday fish special. It was delicious! The fish amd sides were all prepared perfectly! My server was amazing and I told her so, I hope I get her name right, Pam i think? She was a lovely lady and a great server! Will most definitely be back!

Nice restaurant on the water. Good service and variety of dishes. Went for the Friday fish fry. Well done with good sides.
