Everything I go here I go thru the drive thru and there is woman that works the night shift she has pink hair. And she is so rude I heard her thru the window today she said what does she want now. And always gives me rude looks I wanted to call Corporate on her but you can't even talk to someone. But anyways I asked them for cheese on my burger and she gave me you didn't order any cheese on it and I said whatever speeded off but anyways I'm tired of her being so rude to me next time I'm going to be so rude back to her tell her if you don't stop being rude to customers I'm going to call corporate on you get you fired. Just wanted to everyone to be a where of that pink haired woman she is very rude. And not nice at all. This makes the third time she was rude to me.

This is hands down one of the best BK's experiences we've had, (our local BK in Christiansburg is terrible) so when my son insisted on having BK I honestly braced for the worst, we were received with a lot of smiles and friendliness, every employee we had contact was not only polite and professional but friendly, my kids and I had each a Whopper and my son added chicken fries and my daughter added a Hershey pie as well. Everything was clean, the soda counter, Ketchup dispenser, trashcans, tables, benches, the bathrooms!!! And in the hour we were there we saw 3 different employees come to the food court to sweep and or mop the restaurant was not occupied, nonetheless, floors were being swept, tables were wiped, and smiles were given out. We come once or twice a year up that way and we will make it part of our route whenever we do. Congratulations to management and great employees, class act!
My boss & I stopped for lunch. I can't even remember the food because I was so repulsed by my drink!!! I requested a cup for water & used the ice dispenser & water dispenser. Fortunately, I did not put a lid on my cup since I hadn't filled it. When we returned to work, as the water in the cup became lower, I began to see some particles in my cup. They were grayish black & appeared to be mold. I returned to the store with my cup of yuck & spoke with the general manager. I asked her if they cleaned the ice machine & showed her the cup. She stated that they cleaned the ice machine regularly & that she suspected the debris came from the water dispenser since they had had this problem in the past. WHAT??? Apparently they are NOT cleaning the nozzles on the drink dispenser. I will not be returning to this location because that makes me wonder what else they're failing to maintain.

Went thru thr drive thu tonight at the busiest possible time, and unfortunately, they were understaffed. However, the manager was handling everything as fast as she could. I really appreciate the staff, and sometimes, if you're just patient and polite, it goes a long way. Food is great and worth the wait.
