Can anyone tell me if or when they reopen?
Let’s just say In the past I loved eating the Pho here. Well, a few weeks ago I placed an order and spoke to the lady at the restaurant sounded like the owner and she took my order and she said it has to be cash only and I said oh y’all don’t take card anymore and she says today oh it’s OK if all you have is a card and I said OK I’ll be there at 4 to pick it up.
