Had decent take out from here and the prices aren’t terrible, but dined in tonight and it was kinda pitiful. Chips are usually warm but didn’t seem fresh at all. Salsa is always good. But the food we ordered steak quesadillas barely had any cheese at all and steak was flavorless. The waitress brought out some cheese sauce but it was also cold. Also had grilled shrimp and guacamole salad. The lettuce was browning and the pico seemed old and had way too much onion in it. The guac didn’t taste homemade in my opinion or maybe just over puréed (kinda runny) just overall not great. Also the dining area doesn’t feel the cleanest. I’ll still with takeout from there and just order completely different items.

Visited LA Corona on the way to the airport. It was very busy and 77 degrees inside. Too hot for comfort. The drinks are 3.50 each and a small cheese dip 5.oo. for 3 people to eat 55.oo plus tip and the food was OK.

First time eating here. The service was good and our server was great. The food was rough. The cheese dip was very runny. The refried beans were soupy. The food overall was bland and didn’t look satisfying. As for the price, it was outrageous for the small amount of food we ordered. Definitely will not be a place to eat again.

La Corona is our new favorite Mexican in Blountville. Just FYI, they are closed on Mondays, just like most of the other sit-down restaurants in Blountville. The food and service are great. Love the Salsa. You get your fill as the portions are huge and great for how much they charge you. Yum!!!!!!!
