Unfortunately third time is a strike out. My family and I have ordered from Luigi’s 3 different times and each time it has gotten worse. Why we gave them 3 chances I’ll never know. The food has been so bad that it can not even be eaten. When you call back they treat you like an inconvenience. I personally know that I will be driving the extra to go to Italiano‘s in Bristol not only is the food always spot on the people are so much nicer .. Lost and unhappy customer Luigi you need to do better!!!!

We found this place by chance on DoorDash. It’s only 10 mins from our house and we didn’t even know about it. The pizza and wings were delicious. It’s so nice to have a good pizza place nearby and we look forward to visiting in person and trying other things on the menu!

I got the supreme pizza and cheese pizza deal and a large cheese bread and it was so good! I will definitely go there
the food is good, but the app lies to everyone. there were about 6 people standing around because the app told them their food was ready, yet it took them forever to actually service it. we were told it would be ready at 5:53, got here and had to sit around until 6:30. stop trying to appear fast paced, it only makes people more upset just sitting around. also- the door says DINE IN and when you ask to dine in, they explain that they don’t serve that option???

Second time I've been here. First Time I got a pizza and made a whole Facebook post about it because it was so good and great prices. This time we got a pizza roll and the best Greek garlic knots I've ever eaten in my life! Looking over the menu again the prices are amazing and the food is legitimately mouthwatering! My husband has eaten there an additional time and got a calzone. He went on and on about it. Highly recommend!!

Tonight is my first time trying Luigi Pizza. Very friendly staff and excellent food. We got a medium pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and the garlic knots with cheese and both choices are delicious. We will definitely be back.
