Actually, the atmosphere is not relevant because it’s drive-through only. But I didn’t want to give them a one star there. I love pals I live in Florida and love to go to pals every time I visit Tennessee.

All Pals (including this one) is a way of life for us in the tri-citys. Pals does not expand far from here and for a good reason. Pals is some of the THE BEST fast food you can get. If they expand to much, their quality may drop, and welp end up like your basic mcdonalds. Put it this way, i could eat Pals just about every day and not get sick of it. It's such a way of life here that when there straw distributors ran out of yellow with red striped straws, Pals about went under. People here were so mad over a straw they boycotted Pals. I did not because holy hell is there, buger's so good.Wheelchair accessibility: No dine in. Drive through only.

Forgot some of my order, called no problem they fixed it told me to come back then when I got there told them my name the guy proceeded to not believe me tried to charge me again and was very rude. I even had my receipt to show proof I payed for it. They finally fixed it but it shouldn’t have been such a haste over something they messed up on..

This place is truly a unique Tennessee fast food service. Love the food and the employees they are all kind when trying to order. All-around one of a kind fast food experience.

They put tomato on my sandwich when i asked for no tomato. I drove all the way back into town for a replacement and was told I needed to drive all the way back home for my receipt. Why should I have to drive up and down the highway for THEIR mistake. The owner really going to give us grief over a $5 sandwhich?!?!?! No worries, we won't be back

I've had multiple issues in the past few months. I know this is the norm for most fast food places, but not Pals. I remember a time when I was scandalized if Pal's left out a straw, let alone mess my entire order up. It's sad, an end of an era. I knew when Pal died the service would go to hell but I didn't think it would be this fast. Management you need to get it together and not destroy Pal's legacy.

We’re always having to go back through to get our food fixed or get a forgotten item. Today we ordered a Dr. enough and was given/charged for a peach Dr enough and given a small fry instead of a large. Im assuming they just gave me what they had considering it’s breakfast but that’s not what I paid for. When I called the store because they were to busy to go back through the response I got was “huh”

I don't visit here as often as I would like but the hotdogs and peach mellow yellow are hard to beat. Also, who does not love those cheddar rounds.
