The food is delicious and the manager and staff are wonderful. Highly recommended for lunch and dinner. prices are great.

I would have given a five months ago.. BUT, the last couple of times I have gotten food it has been very oily.. I don't know if they have a new cook or what! I came to review hoping they would see this and go back to less greasy/oily!

Im a frequent customer i come here like 1 a week and the food and service is usually good but today I got my order wrong TWICE in a row and the lady at the window was muttering and kept stuttering so it was hard to understand her and they forgot my soup

I order carry out . The lady that took my order was very professional . It was ready when I got there . A woman I assume is the owner was very professional and very nice . There were several people dining everyone seemed relaxed having conversation amongst each other . Very clean . And the Chicken Yakima was delicious .

Waitress needs to wash her hair,took other peoples food to them before ours,and we were there ahead of them,and the food was cold and not as good as it used to be.Prices went up quality went down.Probably wont go back.

At 1:45 I was turned away for a to go order. "The grill is already clean" I was told. So I guess they close at 1:30-1:45. I went to Los jalapeno since I was turned away. Couldn't believe how precious the lady was that took my order. The steak, shrimp, chicken fajitas were the best I've had. After tip I believe I spent $116.00 there. I suppose shoku doesn't need such business. Thanks shoku for introducing me to the best steak, shrimp, and chicken

This absolutely awful. The normal Japanese place I go to was closed since it was Sunday. So we decided to try this place. We'll I will never do that again. We waited an hour for our food, my rice wasn't done and was really hard. My son wanted to try soba noodles. He didn't like them the noodles was bland. We let our waitress know, and she said the manager will take care of it at the register. The owner/ manager refused to take my son's food off because she stated it was waste. Then proceeded to say her kids are picky too. She did take mine off, but we got charged for 3 meals out of the 4, which 2 meals. Two of the meals you couldn't even eat. So 38.00 dollars later to eat McDonald's. Wouldn't suggest this place to anyone. I hardley ever complain, however I didn't want to pay for food we couldn't eat. I was very polite which didn't matter. I should have just walked out.
