Tonight I brought my family in after the Sounds game. 1. You were out of waffle cones so two of us didn’t order what we came for, we ordered nothing. 2. After ringing up the 2 orders that we did make we were then told that you were were out strawberries and syrup, and the cashier asked that we get something entirely different (which was more in volume and price) because she was unable to do the math (we assume) to re ring out the order. A total disaster.

Bruster's Real Ice Cream offers absolutely delicious treats in a small location with minimal seating. The service is fast, and though prices are slightly higher, the portions are generous. There have been complaints about an older staff member being disrespectful and making racist comments, which has left some customers unhappy.
