This is the best Dunkin I've been to periodt! I have not waited more than 1 minute for my order in the drive-thru. Other locations in Smyrna and Murfreesboro are way slower and also not nearly as friendly.
Can't get right would be a great description for this location. Couldn't get the order correct after 2 trips inside. No apologies or a sense of remorse for the performance, customer service, etc. Will NOT return. I'd rather drive to Antioch.
My only complaint is there are too many calories in their products. There was quite a crowd in there yesterday.
