“My favorite part about eating middle eastern food is the vegetarian variety platters all over Nashville and I can say that no one is providing better middle eastern cuisine right now at these prices. I have eaten here occasionally over the last 10 years and I have never had a better meal than tonight. I hope to be trying more things on the menu besides Moza which is their version of the vegetarian meal that I love to eat every chance I get. It has hummus,Baba ghanoush, falafel, tabouli and warm pita bread. Thoughtfully it also has black olives and pepperoncini. It was prepared to perfection. A big thanks to the chef. Beautiful restaurant beside a tranquil lake in Brentwood. We loved the entire experience and can’t wait to try other things on their menu.“
“I ordered the Mediterranean salad with grilled salmon. If you like your salmon closer to well done you need to let him know other than that it's kind of wet in the middle LOL. But I didn't know this is my first time ordering here. I'll have to try it again before I leave town and tell them how I want my salmon cooked.Parking: First come first serve if you want to park in space right in front of their business. Other than that you need to go searching for a parking spot that entire area is very busy and has several eateries.“
“I’ve tried a lot of gyro places and they are not all created equal. This was the BEST gyro pita that I’ve ever had! The meat was fresh and well seasoned. I love that you get to choose your fresh toppings and the pita is full of meat. Thank you for a great meal this evening!“
“FANTASTIC restaurant!!!! We are foodies and always looking for excellent restaurants and this one is a solid 10/10!! The owner was amazing, very friendly and helpful and had a great personality! And the food.....sooooo good! I got the yogurt chicken and it was unlike anything I've had before! The flavors and textures were incredible! We also order the chicken roll ups and that was an amazing start to our meal! My hubby got the spicy chicken and while it was spicy, it wasn't spicy for the sake of being spicy....it was flavorful! We ended with the baklava and that was some really good baklava! HIGHLY recommended!!!“
“My daughter has been asking me to come here to get Knaffa. so I came by and got her some. The knaffa was fantastic. But the real magic of this place is the people. While I waited for my order, I spoke with several employees, and they all treated my daughter and I like they've known us for years. My family and I will definitely come back for dinner very soon!“
“EVERY SINGLE PART of my birthday dinner last night was exceptional! From crafted cocktails, crispy avocado rice, bacon wrapped dates, lamb that melted in your mouth, so much of the newly crafted autumn menu that we were able to enjoy, plus staff that made us feel like we were the most important people in the room (we are talking especially about you, Ally!). Butcher and Bee is now my "you have to go here" recommendation to anyone coming to Nashville. And order the Chef's Choice. We are still a bit in awe of the culinary splendor we received. Thank you!“
“Pros- Great food- Nice setting & atmosphere- Middle eastern furniture sitting area- Nice & Outgoing employees- Fast & Fresh- Great desserts- Great saucesCons- Would love to come here atleast once a week, but can’t. 3rd time visiting this place, each time left with my jaw on the floor (negatively). NOT because the food wasn’t good or because service was bad, but it’s just… $$$ WAY TOO PRICEY! $$$… For example, my last visit, party of 4, nearly paid $100!* Ordered a soda, received a 12oz can, NO free refill = $2I can literally go to walmart, which is the across the street & purchase a 2L bottle for that price.I did however see a soda fountain machine, not sure why they gave us cans. Maybe the machine was new & not set up yet or broken or something else, I don’t know.* Juice drinks $7* (solo) Wrap $11/$12. To add fries/drinks it’s $6, which is no different from if I were to purchase them separately. Aren’t combos suppose to be cheaper?* Specialty Plates, depending on the plate, it’s $19/$22/$25. NO salad or soup or drink included. Adding them can make the price sky rocket to almost $30/$35.* Bowl $16/$17, NO drink- There’s NO combo price offerings. Everything is sold separately, which just adds on to the price you have to already pay.My suggestion is to make combo offerings for ALL meal options.Wrap Combo = Wrap, Fries, & DrinkPlate Combo = Plate, Soup or Salad, & drinkBowl Combo = bowl, & drink“
“Wow....how have I missed this restaurant when I have frequented the eateries next door?! Make a reservation ASAP for Santo. It's creative and incredibly yummy (the pork chop which was highly recommended was worth the high marks!) We had excellent service from the bartender, as well as excellent recommendations from appetizers to desserts. This is a small, cozy, and intimate spot where you can HEAR the conversation at your table (how refreshing!!) We will be back!“
“If you like hidden family run restaurants, this place is a Gem!!! The Mediterranean food is absolutely delicious and it’s all homemade. We ordered the spinach sun-dried tomato dip. It was served warm with toasted rounds. It was so delicious! Then we ordered an Entree of Falafel cakes on rice with a red cabbage slaw, tzatziki sauce, and pita bread. The falafel cakes were so good, we ordered more to go, the red cabbage was seasoned perfectly for a salad. We will be returning to try other dishes, as it was our first time. Peachtree Grill - Keep up the great job! It was so good!“
“My daughter hates this kind of food but this is literally her favorite place to go. I’m not sure if it’s the food or because she gets treated like a queen every time she goes in. But this place is hands down amazing and the family that runs it is our favorite. Loooove this place can’t recommend it enough. (There is also a kids bowl that’s not on the menu so don’t let that deter you from going)Kid-friendliness: There is a kids bowl that’s not in the menu. My kid loves it.“
“Ate on our way from Pensacola beach we stopped by for a lunch. What a pleasant surprise. The food is home cooked quality, very well made, presented nicely and the lamb is spectacular, let me stop for a minute, I am drooling! So, the restaurant is with simple, but elegant cultural atmosphere. My daughter will continue: Fast service, and very kind staff! The culture shines through atmosphere and food. Very clean and taken care of. Would come here again!Still need to say a word about the desert and coffee…….“
“The people who run this place are awesome and you can tell they care. The food is delicious and the serving size is decently big. Prices are medium, not as cheap as fast food but better quality. If I lived closer I would probably go 1 or 2 times a month. Would definitely eat here again.“
“This is one of my favorite places to grab lunch! The staff are super friendly and quick to complete your order. I’ve been accustomed to getting the Platter option with a choice of protein. Every time I’ve been here the food and service has been truly enjoyable.“
“Wow, Gyro Spot was absolutely amazing! Went in to get take out and was greeted by super friendly staff who helped us get exactly what we needed. Service was extremely fast, the food was amazing and hot, with great portion sizes! We live nearby and will certainly be frequenting here whenever we’re craving Greek.“
“Ben was awesome, very friendly, and customer service driven! He went out of his way to get us extra avocado for our food. As this was our first time coming, he was very patient and helped us choose our toppings for our bowls. We will definitely be returning!Vegetarian options: Make your own bowl !“
“This just might be the best Greek I've ever had. I'd rate 6 stars if I could. Staff was EXTREMELY accommodating, going the extra mile for me, and even covered a second drink I ordered on my way out. I will be back the next time I'm in Nashville. I may even make a trip out just to eat here.“
“Even though I went in at a strange time of day for dining: the food was delicious! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I appreciated their kindness in helping me figure out what I needed from their menu. Everything was fabulous!! I will definitely go back for more.Wheelchair accessibility: They have handicapped/♿ parking because they are also beside a large nail salon that stays busy 24/7.“
“Nestled in the heart of the capitol of country music is a nice little gyro shop. Everyone that walked in was greeted and served promptly and most were greeted by name. The gyro was very good and the fries about as good as fries get but the rice was amazing! I wound up filling up on the rice and saving the gyros for later. The deep house tunes made for a great atmosphere. I will definitely be here every time I come to Nash-Vegas!“
“Me and a buddy recently dined at Anatolia and were absolutely blown away by the experience. From the moment we walked in, the owner and server greeted us with warmth and hospitality, making us feel right at home. Their attentiveness throughout the meal was exceptional. The food itself was nothing short of fantastic. We started with appetizers, including the flavorful Beans and Shepherd salad, both of which were a hit. The mix grilled platters were cooked to perfection, each bite bursting with authentic Turkish flavors. What truly stood out were the desserts, made to order and served fresh. They were incredibly delicious, the perfect ending to a delightful meal.To top it all off, we were generously offered Turkish tea on the house, adding an extra touch of authenticity to the experience. Overall, I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. Whether you're a fan of Turkish cuisine or just looking for a memorable dining experience, this place is a must-visit.“
“Traditionally, kabobs/gyros don't hit the spot. Thankfully my intended destination was closed today or I wouldn't have ended up here. I got a gyro sandwich, gyro & falafel salad [not all for me]. Every bite was perfect! Whatever the boys are doing back there, it's amazing. Go see em!“
“I’ll definitely be back because everyone there was so friendly and the food was great tasting (I would change nothing about the gyro sandwich) but I have a few suggestions about other things on the menu: the “loaded fries” are just fries, meat, and cheese. I guess knowing they have lettuce, tomato, tabouli and many accoutrements back there I was thinking they would LOAD it up. Then their salad with protein had great meat portions included but in my opinion barely enough lettuce to fill the box they put it in and for how cheap lettuce is they could definitely put a good bit more. I highly suggest trying this place out though!“
“This place was worth trying again. I was definitely the youngest person in the restaurant, and I was surprised that they had a drive thru and a pretty large (for a coffee shop) food menu. I didn't order any food, but I might try some next time. I ordered a plain coffee and it was fine. My husband ordered a frozen hot chocolate, and he said he would go back and get it again. The lady behind the counter was really nice and patient. The restaurant was pretty small and I probably wouldn't work in there but it did seem that some were.“
“Excelent products, awesome staff! They are very nice and help u with anything u need plus they everything in the store it’s fresh & and clean in the store! I hope they make. Over all it’s an excelent place to be, grate Market and has all choices u need!!! Keep up the good work!! I hope they open more stores.“
“A great choice for lunch! With so many restaurants to choose from around the area I was very undecided but after a recommendation from a local (I'm traveling for work), I finally gave Best Gyros a chance. Glad I did! Have you ever had a food craving but can't pinpoint what it is? I've been in that "I want to eat but I don't know what I want to eat" mood and nothing seems to satisfy the craving. The Gyro platter absolutely hit the spot. Very delicious. Plus, HUGE portions I mean just overflowing from my to go box, more than enough to share or save for dinner. The meat is so delicious, especially drizzled with the cucumber dressing. I've had a lot of baklava in my lifetime. Homemade, restaurant made, grocery store tin-can style and I will say their baklava is probably one of the best I've ever had. I prefer pistachio rather than walnut but whatever they did to this dessert here was just the perfect ratio of balanced sweetness. I absolutely enjoyed my meal!“
“The best place I’ve been to in a while the two guys there were so nice and sometimes the bring there kids and they were so nice and they really made the costumer service better for they are really good for the age and they gave me free balaclavas and the chicken was so juicy and filled with flavor the gave me a free drink and they were so nice they bring the food to my table while they were so busy and they make sure everything is perfect before the give to they gave it to meThey were better then some restaurantsDietary restrictions: I am lactose intolerant and they accommodated my allergies“
“It was our first time dining at the House of Kabob. My husband and I absolutely enjoyed everything we ordered. We live over two hours away and we happened to be in Nashville for a doctors appointment, so we thought we’d give the restaurant a try. We are so glad we did. Thank you “House of Kabob” for the wonderful menu and making us feel welcomed in your establishment. We will definitely be back. The Davis family“
“Cannot say enough great things about the people especially VERNITA & the food! This little restaurant has been running on short staff and explosive number of customers in downtown Nashville! My order for 16 coworkers was correct and yummy and healthy!!! Please support them! The team that shows up is 5 star!!“
“I was actually trying to go to a different restaurant in the area, but couldn't find parking. After noticing GReKo as I was driving around, I also noticed that they had a free parking lot. Counter service was quick, and the food was cooked to order and brought out fresh. My server apologized for a slight char on the beef souvlaki and said they would bring out another one. There was nothing wrong with this delicious kebab, served on a bed of fresh oregano! I also had an outstanding skewer of octopus souvlaki and a "half" salad which was generous and garnished with toasted chickpeas. One of the manager/owners came to me and asked if my replacement skewer had been delivered yet; I told him it wasn't necessary, so he had a complimentary baklava brought to me instead. Memorable food, great ambiance, convenient parking, and just off the I-24/40 on the east side. I now have a reason to stop in Nashville on those long road trips to elsewhere! THANKS FOR A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!“
“Always consistent, delicious food ! And great friendly service!Dietary restrictions: Can get foods that may be restricted to , all labeled on menuParking: Lots of parkingKid-friendliness: My kids love the menuWheelchair accessibility: Options for everyone“
“Great food, friendly people and reasonable prices. We've tried about half of the lunch buffet and haven't had anything that wasn't simplify delicious. I don't speak any foreign languages, but the smiles on the faces of everyone coming in and seeing the food is indication enough.“
“I work near by and came for lunch. It has a great atmosphere and the people were very nice. Everything was really fresh. And the restaurant was noticeably clean. I got the Spicy BBQ Mix Grill plate with tabouleh. Best tabouleh I’ve had. The portion size was huge and I enjoyed everything. This will be my go to spot for lunch moving forward. Healthy options and great peaceful place. Discount option if you pay cash.Dietary restrictions: I have a sesame allergy and they were able to answer my questions easily.Parking: Plenty of parking. Parking lot.“
