I had the Lamb Biscuits & Gravy which was not that great... the lamb was good but the biscuits were stale and the fried egg on top was still raw when served.... I mean I like a good runny yoke but when the egg white is still clear, it's not cooked enough. I asked that it be put under a broiler for like 30 seconds to cook the egg white, it came back 10min later with a hard cooked egg. I would return but select something different from the menu.“

The service from start to finish was amazing. Our server, Jordan, was an absolute pleasure and made sure everything went seamlessly throughout the meal.

As for the food, the kitchen delivered on almost every front. The short ribs were phenomenal, the salad was fresh and well-balanced, and the beef kebab was packed with rich flavor. The crispy chicken was okay—not necessarily the standout of the table, but still good—and the potatoes were perfectly crispy and satisfying.

“Delicious as always. The staff here is so friendly and helpful. I will say I’m one of their regulars. I have to have it at least twice a week. I typically get the chicken rollup or the Mediterranean salad with grilled chicken. Both are absolutely amazing!“

Really enjoyed the vibe and the bar. The bartender was fabulous and helped us navigate the menu as it was our first time. Partner had the mezze platter- huge portion and delicious. I had the chicken chimi pita which was also a winner. Will come back anytime I’m in Nashville. This is the kind of neighborhood joint that you want to marinate in and enjoy the afternoon in.“

Timmy was amazing, obviously very knowledgeable about the restaurant and most certainly a brand ambassador for Four Seasons. Jacob checked on us regularly and took great care of us. Beo was new, but brought us our food and filled our drink glasses and brought us extra ice. Beo was especially cognizant of that role and gave us amazing service with a smile. The views of Nashville were amazing. It was an incredible dining experience for our anniversary.“

“We had the pleasure of doing the wine tour and tasting. Our guide was Alaia. She was so knowledgeable and friendly. She answered all of our questions and was an overall joy to do the tour with. The tour starts off with a glass of sparkling wine to sip during the tour (I loved this touch). They serve generous amounts for the tasting. We thoroughly enjoyed this experience. Thank you Alaia!!“

“Pyramids has been around awhile- it used to be kinda standard, unremarkable gyros. Now the last few times I've went the lamb has been remarkably juicy and perfectly seasoned. It really stands out now. Most things seem to get worse over time but this place has definitely gotten noticeably better.“
