Visited the restaurant 11/8 around 5pm. Ordered a ribeye cooked medium with mashed potatoes for a side and mixed vegetables. Trip #1 to the table had cold mashed potatoes, a rare ribeye, and carrots with 1 slice of squash and 2 zucchini slices. Hardly “mixed.”
Sent back to get steak cooked medium and warm potatoes. Sides came out better but the steak was 1/3 fat. I love fat but it wasn’t edible. The fat covered up 1/4 of the plate when cut off.

The prime rib was so tough I had a hard time cutting it. The waitress was very kind and offered us ribeyes instead. I could cut them but they were mostly fat. I didn’t want to complain again but we won’t be going back. What a waste of $100! (No alcoholic beverages)
