“Took two teens through the drive thru today snd it was a very nice experience. The good was correctly cooked (when we go to the Franklin location on Columbia Ave its very inconsistent- are we getting cold food or burned?! We never know).
The woman working the window was pleasant.“
“We had a mobile order pick up and after getting home, we had a couple issues with our order. I had called the store to see if it was possible to have this corrected and I believe it was the location manager who answered and was so kind. Not only did she stay to help when she was technically off work but she was so generous with making the items. Overall a wonderful staff. They made the experience 5 stars.“
