“Two visits down and both times have been exceptional!
The staff are friendly and quick but the best part of going to this specific location is that they have gotten my order correct both times! The food is always hot and consistent with the Taco Bell flavors.
10/10 will keep going again.“
“This is more of a review for a specific employee rather than the whole restaurant, although I don’t think I’ve ever been dissatisfied with my order at this location. But I’m here to shout from the rooftops how amazing their employee, Deonna (I’m not sure of the spelling because I didn’t see a name tag), is. From the moment she greeted me over the intercom at the drive-thru, I could tell she was someone special. Her positive attitude and demeanor truly moved me to tears as I was waiting to approach the window. In a world where our default has begun to be standoffish and reserved, she embraces people with open arms. She truly made my entire day just by a brief 5 minute interaction. I hope the managers realize what a gem they have on their hands with her as an employee, and I hope Deonna accomplishes all of her dreams.“
“Stopped at the Eastgate Blvd location for a quick lunch today. I have to say, they entire staff was very friendly and service oriented. My order was spot on, and everything was hot and fresh! Overall, a great experience for a fast food joint, which is rare to come by these days!“
