Starbucks in Bristol

“I've not been a ton of times, but I've never had a bad experience here. They're nice, I think they mean well, and the atmosphere is good-- certainly worse Starbucks atmospheres in Bristol! Of the few times I've gotten a drink here, it's been something typical but good each time! I don't understand all the negative reviews ...other than people that are really particular, thinking their privilege to spend $10 a day on some precise order also earns them the expectation of flawless service of a flawless order.“

“Great service. I spilled my hot beverage order inside the vehicle before we drove and went back in to purchase another. The attendant gave me the second one on the house. That was an unexpected surprise, and I do enjoy unexpected customer service. A++“
