“I wanted to leave a review because everyday I go to Starbucks sometimes twice a day . The baristas are always professional, kind, happy, hard working and always know my order when I get up to the drive-thru. It’s always nice to feel welcomed especially from Jay, Nick, Courtney and most of the barista team. This by far is my favorite Starbucks team on State on Franklin. You all rock!! ♥️☕️👏“

“I stopped by Starbucks (store #629). As I walked up to the counter, Abigail (Shift leader) and Alexis said hello. They were extremely friendly and very helpful, when I asked questions. They made a few suggestions about a drink, that I love to get. I have been in a lot of Starbucks, and I have never encountered a rude employee. Thank you Abigail and Alexis!“
“This is the best Starbucks around here!! The employees at Ingles Starbucks are very nice and have memorized my drink I buy!! Makes it alot easier since they remember my order lol I tried the one in food city n they can't seem to make a Carmel ribbon crunch correctly let alone make it right with my extras. Highly recommend using Ingles Starbucks“

“I’ve enjoyed coming to this Starbucks. Recently the individual Starbucks stores have been out of so much but this one always has everything. Most of the employees know my roommate and I by now lol. Sumer suggested a certain way to make a drink we love and now we are even more addicted. The employees are all friendly, personable, and kind. I prefer to come to this Starbucks over any other Starbucks in town“

“Big shoutout to the awesome team at this Starbucks on N Roan St! When I got there, the parking lot was totally packed and the drive-thru line was super long. Honestly, I thought I'd be waiting forever, but the staff's efficiency totally amazed me. Their coordination and teamwork are seriously next-level. My order was taken at 9:56 AM and I was out the door by 10:12 AM—that's record time considering how crazy busy it was both inside and out!
The store was spotless and super clean. I loved all the variety in the pastry case, and the merchandise displays were fully stocked with coffee bags and cups. Plus, the little outdoor patio is a fantastic touch. Huge props to the whole crew on this shift for their hard work!“
