“My boyfriend and I go to Starbucks quite a bit. With that being said this is by far the best Starbucks experience we’ve had! Lisa was SO sweet and accommodating, she had the biggest smile greeting us when we walked in and never failed to pull through with suggestions for us. She went above and beyond to make our experience the best and we couldn’t be happier!!“
“An employee had the audacity to say they’d rather customers come inside to pick up a big order b/c it’s not ideal to hand them through the window. That doesn’t make any sense. I am picking up a big order by myself and would have had to make multiple trips and they also do not have parking spots at the entrance. It seemed very easy for them to hand the drinks to me through the window.“
“There were 2 workers and nobody was there so of course they were on their phone so I went over and they immediately got off and asked how I was doing and took my order. I had just walked to Ingles so I wanted something warm and tasty and she suggested a caramel macchiato. It was so good! it came out very fast and they were really sweet. Totally recommend 💗💗“
