“Every visit to Starbucks feels like a small ritual of comfort and quality. The baristas are friendly, efficient, and always get my order right—even when it's a bit customized. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, perfect for a quick coffee run or settling in with a laptop. I especially appreciate the seasonal drinks and how the staff always seems genuinely excited to recommend their favorites. Clean store, fast service, and consistently great coffee. What more could you ask for?“
“I stopped this morning to get a coffee and I had the most pleasant experience. The lady that took my order was polite, welcoming, and professional. The coffee was exactly what I asked for and tasted amazing. I really appreciate this interaction on my way to work! 10/10 will be stopping here again!!!“
“Easy stop and parking right off I-40 near Biltmore village. Super clean unisex bathroom with individual locking doors. Very friendly server and I didn't have any wait. He even filled my plastic cup up with ice so I could get back on the road. Thank you for such friendly service!“
“NEWLY OPENED
So I decided to stop in, but decided to take it to go.
Small location with limited inside sitting available. Small patio with some tables and chairs. It was winter time when I visited so outside was NOT appealing to me at that time.
Seems more of a drive thru location that anything else.“
“Very easily the best Starbucks location that I’ve ever been to. The area is incredibly clean, the staff was beyond attentive and I was overly impressed by the glassware for dine-in orders. You can tell that the manager really cares about this store and the employees. 10/10.“
“Better than Dunkin. Started coming here instead of Dunkin because Dunkin kept messing up my order and their staff is always so rude. At Starbucks the customer service is insanely better, drink quality is always on point, cleanliness is over the top, and speed is faster. I’d choose them over Dunkin any day of the week.“
“Just went through with my fiancé to get some refreshers after work. We haven’t tried this location before but since we had to come out this way, we gave it a shot. First off, the drinks are absolutely amazing. I haven’t had one made this great in a while. The staff were very kind and trying their best. It took a while to get through their drive thru but ONLY because they’re short staffed and that’s not the employees fault. They were kind and compensated us for having to wait (very unexpected, we didn’t mind waiting since they explained what was happening; but we appreciated them going above and beyond!) They were kind, hard working and had smiles on their faces. All I can say is Starbucks, get them some more staff when you can! I’ve worked in food service before and it’s not for the faint of heart, especially when you’re short staffed and busy. I admire them keeping a positive attitude even when, I’m sure, they were worn out. Thanks guys!“
“Google Maps led me to this Starbucks, which was located inside an Ingle's grocery store. It was well staffed with 3 people, and the customers seem to come at a slow but steady rate. The ambiance or atmosphere is that of sitting inside a grocery store. 😐“
“The frappes are amazing especially the cookie crunch the service not-so-good stood in line 10 minutes and we're still ignored the manager had to come take our order well the girls that work there we're just standing around talking horrible service“
“My Barista tonight Tom was prompt and courteous when I explained that my dog had knocked over most of my chestnut praline latte and rushed to help me get a new one! They were close to closing down but made sure i got my favorite latte quickly and made right!“
“So, I understand that placing an order in a drive-thru can be challenging for some people, but the new signage detailing how an individual should order appropriately is juvenile and condescending. I love Starbucks, and this one does it right, however, lose the sign. No one needs to be talked down to when ordering their $6 coffee.“
“Let’s be honest, working in a Target Starbuck’s (especially during the holiday season) is probably absolute hell... on top of trying to enforce covid policies. I’m a pretty frequent shopper and I’ve never had a bad experience, even when they’re slammed. There’s one girl who has purplish hair who is always exceptionally pleasant and it doesn’t go unnoticed. You guys are killin it, keep up the good work!“
“Hands down the best Starbucks in town. They are the only store in town that get my order right and give me the extra espresso shots in my latte that I pay for. Do they get busy? Sure, but that is to be expected with only 2 employees. I see all the bad reviews on here and wonder if everyone who responded negatively has ever worked food service. If they’re busy, just expect a slight delay.“
“Not a lot of Starbucks have been able to wow me, but this one has and more! The baristas are really nice (Shoutout to Soul, Madrianna, and Julio!) and are super creative with what they have to make drinks (The cherry chai and Swamp Water are both delicious). The place is super clean, a 99 last time I checked. The place was doing really bad before the new manager came in, but it's been improving exponentially!“
“Myself..I find it to be overpriced. I'm not a huge fan of coffee but I do drink it but I wouldn't spend $3 on a cup of coffee with no refill? Nope...I wouldn't do it! I have to watch what little money that I do get in order to make it stretch. I love cappuccinos but it would have to be a special day to spend that much money on something hot to drink.“
“I don't go to Starbucks very often, if ever, but the Ube Frappuccino totally drew me in! It was incredibly delicious, flavorful, and a super fun purple drink. Huge shoutout to the barista, Ethan, who was very kind and did an amazing job making it. Highly recommend checking this flavor out!“
