Asheville Outlet NC mall location is the worst Starbucks we have been to. Ordered Chestnut Praline hot venti, barely any flavor. My husband ordered venti White Chocoalate Mocha with an extra shot, cannot tell the extra shot is there. They both taste watered down and we are Stsrbucks frequent fliers, not worth the money today. New not supervised employees or either they don't care if it's done right We will never go to this location again!! Should have went to Ingles Starbucks...read full review
Absolutely horrible! The manager hit me with a cart then proceeded to ask me to move as she continued to keep pushing her way through. They made the wrong drink and gave attitude when we told them it was wrong. Then proceeded to be rude to another employee saying it was his fault they couldn’t read his hand writing when really he didn’t take the order the rude manager did.
This place is so great, it will be my first, second, and third place.
