Had a roach in my bag this morning. Place is full of roaches. Had an employee show me videos on their phone a couple months ago of them all in the back of that store as well. little Hispanic manager needs an attitude adjustment and new training. Horrible place.
2856 Anderson Avenue Brownsville, TN. Filthy Trash bins filled up. Out of products. Lids not readily available. Had to kill Roaches tonight, 7 May 2023, o/a 7:30 p.m. Young gentleman in the Manager's office with feet kicked up. Adults played like children Chased each other in and out of the establishment. Poor presentation. Slow service. Rude behavior with customers... Resembled an animal farm instead of McDonalds.
They are rude and poor customer service. The food is never the way you order it. We got breakfast this morning and the biscuits are so hard you can’t eat them. I seriously believe they have been laying out for a while. They just wanted to pass them off on whom ever came thru the line ordering what we ordered. We wasted 20 dollars on crap. Very poor service. I will never eat there again.
