This one is a good one
I ordered the Dave's double cheeseburger & baked potato with sour cream and chives. The burger was not made fresh and very dry. The baked potato had been cooked so long it was literally burnt and no sour cream. I may have salvaged 3 bites out if it. The reason I did not order fries, because the last time I ordered fries they had either been reheated or they sat so long under the warmer there was no way to eat them. Ever since Wendy’s came to Brownsville, I have made a habit of stopping to get breakfast. Honestly, I have absolutely zero complaints about this Wendy’s.
Ms. Teresa is always smiling when she greets me at the drive-through! If there is a wait for my food, I move over to the mobile order parking, and my food is brought out promptly and fresh. The service I receive is friendly and professional

Wendy's has improved its service over time, offering great breakfast options and the best salads in town. While the dining area could be cleaner, the staff is generally friendly and willing to correct mistakes. However, some customers have experienced rude service and mistakes with orders during night and evening shifts.
