This place is an authentic Italian pizza parlor run by a fine Italian young man. The vegetable calzone was made with fresh dough and the vegetables were cooked perfectly. The chef salad was delicious but the highlight was the homemade dressing. we topped it off with a fresh made cannoli. This little cafe is a true hidden gem in Brownsville TN.
PS...the cannoli was the best I've had!!!
