I went through the drive thru places my order. Had egg added to my order of gravy and biscuit. Get home eggs are missing and that was the worst gravy EVER. It poured out like water and didn’t even taste like gravy. I usually love their breakfast but today was awful.
Went thru the drive thru using coupons and the little girl says I'll give you your total when you get to the window. Get to the window and I hand her my card waiting for her to get my coupons and she immediately puts it in the card reader to pay for my order without putting my coupons in and when I waved at her to stop her she apologized and said she could give me a refund and do the order over using the coupons I TOLD HER I HAD and even read off to her when I ordered.
