Found this great BBQ restaurant while headed home from Gatlinburg. All our food was delicious. We even took blackberry cobbler home with us plus their freshly cooked pork rinds. Already planning a trip back to try other great sounding foods! 👍
Firstly, I'm from Texas originally and I've eaten Q all over the country. The biggest mistake most make is that smoke is a key ingredient and they couldn't be more wrong. The meat is the star and the rest is simply to accent and showcase the fact.
