Firstly, I'm from Texas originally and I've eaten Q all over the country. The biggest mistake most make is that smoke is a key ingredient and they couldn't be more wrong. The meat is the star and the rest is simply to accent and showcase the fact. for some lunch on our way to Ashville
and met some of the most amazing people in the world! Thank you for a wonderful meal and all the great support.
My husband and I stopped on our way back through to Indiana. We had a shareable platter. Our waiter barely came around even though he wasn’t busy. We asked for rolls after seeing another table get rolls with this whipped butter.
