The quality of food and service has drastically declined in the last month or so. I’m not sure what changed but bring back the way the food used to be made! It’s inedible now.

Loved our dinner experience here!! We first ordered a lovely French red wine… very good and not overpriced. They serve water and homemade French bread with spices & olive oil to dip in… great combination of Rosemary and other spices. We ordered Escargot in garlic butter… a large plate full and perfectly cooked. We ordered the Beuof Bourgeois and Cayenne Salmon and WOW they were phenomenal!! Ofcourse we shared a Nutella Crepe for dessert. Mmmm so good. French chef Virginia is friendly and very talented. The atmosphere is wonderful. The service outstanding. Dinner is served Thursday Fri & Sat nights. We will definitely be back!!

Went here on the 11th for brunch and it was a one and done for me. Came here on a date with my girlfriend at about 11 am and while we had to wait 20 minutes for them to get a table clean for us, it took them another 15-20 minutes to get us some water and menus. On top of this, a couple with a child came in (that it seemed like the owners knew) got water and menus immediately and got their food before us. We were stunned.
It seemed like chaos in the restaurant, and everyone was working all stations. You had servers running the food, making drinks at the bar, cleaning, etc. it was a mess. I’m sure the owners are very friendly, but the service was just so bad that we won’t be back. The food was okay so no complaints about it, the cooks did a good job.

We used to love this place. Unfortunately, the switch to table service instead of ordering at the counter has been a huge step backwards. Service was slow and awkward. We were also sad about some of the menu changes, especially the vegetarian savory crepe options. We ended up ordering an omelette and crepes. The crepes were dry and somewhat rubbery. The omelette was actually very good but it wasn’t what I originally wanted when going there. After I got my food the server mentioned that I could have created my own crepe and didn’t need to order just what was shown on the menu — if that was the case, showing that as an option on the menu would be really nice! Overall, I want to love this place like I used to but the recent changes have knocked it down a few pegs.

The person that owns this is heartless we was rental from them we got be hind cause of me fighting breast cancer 🎀 and we told them we would be moving just needed until the 21st of this month and they want us to be out the 15th and we have a 90 year old veteran that the va has to come and take down his medical equipment and that the only day that the chattanooga va can come do that and they want to just set us out Monday they couldn't wait til the 21st when we can have all our stuff out and make sure the veteran is safe all they think about is money and how high they are in the community I will never trust any one again with this place this is not how u treat ppl they have also been very verbal abuse towards us just let us us get our stuff out and make sure our veteran who fought for his country is safe that all I ask for
Sticky tables, dirty silverware, un-clean bathrooms, cold, bland food and really, really bad service. Sad, this used to be a really nice place.

We've loved Adelles. It's a regular for us if in this part of town.
Today, however, was off.
Ok. I like the live music. The guitar player was very talented and the playlist was great!... BUT - TURN DOWN THE VOLUME! lol. Seriously, it's background music, not a concert. The focus of the people around the table enjoying a meal should be warmed by the ambient music. Today, instead, the music took front and center and even having a conversation was difficult.
They've changed to table service which is fine except they didn't have enough wait staff so everything was slow.
Both quantity and quality of crepe fillings were skimpy and cold. As if some ingredients were precooked and added at food time but not warmed properly.
The biscuits were dry. The chicken on the biscuit was not fresh. I wondered if it was a frozen food service portion that was heated at time of order or precooked and put in a warmer. Potatoes were also not fresh.
Even the Croque Monseuir sandwich, oddly, the ham was bunched in the middle and none was toward the edges. That may sound picky, but those kind of details were missing all over today.
No coffee refill.l was offered.
It made me wonder if there was new ownership or new management. Very much felt like a shift in quality and portion, cutting corners to improve profit.
At the price and wait time there are a ton of options.
Because we've enjoyed Adelles for years we will go back to see if today was an exception.
