I loved this place! We went for a date night, ordered the endives (maybe my fav), patatas bravas, crab cakes, shrimp, scallops and lamb, and everything was so good! And the service was excellent, so attentive, and great cocktails too! We will be back!

Fantastic! Some of the best tapas I’ve had. Octopus was extremely tender and very tasty. The endive, goat cheese and fig dish was out of this world. We considered ordering a 2nd one but were too full.Service was spot on. They ran out of a dish we ordered. Once they realized how much we were looking forward to it, the manager had them use what little they had left and make us a mini version…on the house. That sort of ‘extra mile’ effort makes sure you’ll be back.

Ate at Amada a few months ago after having moved away from the Chattanooga area for about a year and still felt like family as soon as I walked through the door. Love to see how the menu is evolving and changing and always am so impressed by the food and the service. The owner of Amada has created a beautiful symphony of cocktails, flavor, and hospitality that is unmatched by many restaurants I’ve been too. Amada is a world class establishment right here in Chattanooga. This is a 5 star experience from start to finish. You will be hard pressed to find another place that has put so much passion and love into the space, the food and the customer experience. Creative cuisine made from the highest quality ingredients by the owner and executive chef Amanda. The service is unparalleled and the price point is more than appropriate. First time dining here after reading the reviews on Open Table. Modern and comfortable environment with very friendly staff. Lindsey was a great help identifying gluten free options as well as wine choices. The food presentation was wonderful, portions were sized for sharing, and everything prepared to perfection. We can't wait to return to try other menu options, so many great choices!
An absolutely wonderful and authentic tapas restaurant. The food is amazing. The drinks are great, and the wine list features good, affordable Spanish wines. Conner was a great server, and the entire staff worked together to provide an evening to remember.
Food and service was spot on. My boyfriend and I were visiting from Atlanta and came here last year when it first opened. We loved everything then and it was even better than we remembered.
Lovely restaurant. Service was excellent considering our server was also the bartender and had quite a lot going on, so it was at times a little slow. We were not in any hurry so it wasn't a big deal. We were only two, and would have preferred a more private location vs. the row of 2-tops near the bar. Ambiance was very inviting with lots of greenery and appropriate lighting. Food was excellent. It's always nice when the experience lives up to expectations. Chattanooga has a lot of good food, but I wouldn't consider it a "foodie" town, generally speaking. So if you're a foodie, then this is your place. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful knowledgeable staff able to deal with severe food allergies and safely customize/ modify the menu. 3 times there and 3 delicious and alpha gal allergy safe meals!!! I would highly recommend!
I was pleased with the restaurant but upset that the menu on open table wasn't updated. I came in with all the plates I had in mind to order but none of them were actually available. The waitress was sweet and kind. We were the only ones in the restaurant so that kinda scared us in the beginning but ended up being ok
