We ordered the shrimp loaded fajitas and the steak loaded fajitas. They came out lukewarm and not hot. The taste was very good but would have been better if they had been hot. Also the steak was a little tough.
My go-to for any occasion. No matter how picky, everyone can find something to eat on their menu. My current fave is the chicken wonton taco app.
I don't know about the reat of the employee's there but the two server's named "Sean" & "LeAnn" give the best service I've ever experienced!!
Cold food, rude server when we mentioned it :/ we weren't trying to be mean but we are paying for hot food, not cold food.
Good, but not great food at very good prices. Service left a lot to be desired, but truthfully, I think our wait person did the best she could.
They were the only restaurant open when we checked in. Food was great and our server was terrific. Quick and attentive. Will recommend for anyone checking in to Chattanooga late.
Applebee's...Best place to eat! Consistent, Professional, friendly service! Affordable prices, great value! Excellent food with many choices! Satisfies everyone in one place! No need to go to more than one place for the kids!
Tried to order online and it wouldn't process so when I called 15 minutes later they said it was too late to place a phone order, I would have to come in to the restaurant. I received good service at the restaurant but the steak was tough and had a lot to gristle in it. My ribs however were good as were the garlic mashed potatoes.
Applebees is always a good choice with all the options available. What I love most is they have delicious low calorie options without sacrificing the quality or flavor. There are usually great drink specials as well. Don't forget the happy hour options either!
We went before the dinner on hour, it was basically empty except for the bar area. We had all you could ear of chicken tenders, ribs, Fry's, and slaw and my daughter had the chicken alfredo. Service was very good and very attentive to our needs. Very good place to eat. Just off the interstate so easy access.

Food was ok, under seasoned. Had broccoli cheese soup (yummy) and bourbon chicken shrimp (less than yummy). Great service and fun atmosphere, though. I'll be back!
Visited as a pit-stop on a road trip and this location was very laid back feeling but almost felt run-down or lazy. Food was slow but OK. The soda tasted very thin like there wasn't enough syrup. I felt sick at home later and couldn't tell if it was the food or anything else.
Food was good, about what you would expect. Service was GREAT! Unfortunately , they played rap music for most if our dinner which ruined the whole dinner.
If you want to experience a restaurant run by teens, this is the place. We stopped in for a late dinner on a Sunday evening and the place looked shell shocked. A server cleared a table for us and we ordered.
Normally don't have problems with Applebee's but this particular location did not impress or even fulfill its purpose. Stopped in after a day of travel and we were seated quickly and our food came out quickly but the boneless wings were completely uncooked on the inside. Manager finally came over and said he would take care of the meals but never came back to confirm it was taken care of or told the waitress it was taken care of. Employees were loud and yelling about shifts and schedules and using a table near ours as a break room table. It was very unprofessional and a disappointing evening.
