Auntie Anne's is a great snack option when walking around the mall. I just love the smell of the pretzel's while they are cooking. I especially love the pretzel dogs....a great frank wrapped in pretzel dough....oh yeah!!!

Placed an online order for mini pretzel dog bucket an hour and a half before they closed, paid no issues. Went to go pick it up 20min later, drive all the way there park and go into the mall. Ask for my pickup and worker responding with “I’m not making your order, I threw all my dough out already.” He makes no effort for a solution just an excuse and sits there. i then proceeded to ask for a receipt after a minute of him mumbling about if I ordered it 5 minutes before I’d have it.

Food Is never fresh, this particular cashier had the worst attitude and apparently they can't take rewards from their own app at the store because "it's a franchise"? Yet I used it on a mobile order with no issues. Unreal.
Food was fresh and the staff were very friendly. I love the frozen drinks.

The manager at this place is the WORST! I earned a free pretzel on the app and when she scanned it all of a sudden she claims it says, oh sorry you have already redeemed this coupon. When I literally just received it. She says oh well there is nothing I can do about that. It says you already used it, (so basically she was calling me a liar) also stated I'm not corporate take it up with them. When I was trying to show proof on the app where it said, it was redeemed right then at HER location, she threw her hand up, said I don't have time to talk to you, I don't care what the app say it's Not my problem. She then turned her back on me and started talking to the other employee. I think she is scamming the customers plus corporate by showing them she gave a way a free pretzel but then still selling that pretzel she will reimbursed for. So basically getting paid twice for the same pretzel. If not then she has a malfunction I. Her computer as well as her attitude. Will NEVER buy from here again. All over one free pretzel even though I was buying two more plus dipping sauce.

For some reason I can’t post the pic but I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I came here weeks ago and the dough wasn’t even cooked all the way. I can’t remember the last time I came here and had a good experience it’s always a negative one.
