Love Auntie Anne's, the reason i didn't give them a five is because we were waiting for our pretzels at a table near by and the man working there kept taking his hat of and running his fingers threw his hair and tben put bis hat back on. He must have done it 3 or more times. Not good to do around food, especially cause people can see him doing it and it's not very sanitary.
Just ordered 2 hot pretzels from here and the service was horrible. The lady told us it would be 7 minutes and it took way longer than that. We love their pretzels but better service would be grand. And then on top of that a customer decided to make a rude remark because I grabbed the bag out of the cashiers hands because I was pissed. This experience will definitely impact me the next time I think about getting a fresh pretzel especially from this mall.
Auntie Anne's is a great snack option when walking around the mall. I just love the smell of the pretzel's while they are cooking. I especially love the pretzel dogs....a great frank wrapped in pretzel dough....oh yeah!!!
