Best advert I can give for Bayou Bites is this:
I invited two friends to come meet for dinner Friday, and I ordered some crawfish etouffe and boudin balls. One friend is from the UK, and neither of them even knew what boudin was, and they liked the one of mine they tried so much that went and bought their own. I didn't share the crawfish, I ate all that myself. The bread pudding was delicious, as well. Five stars, will be back to try the shrimp po boy soon.
Their food is absolutely delicious! Boudin balls are a must try. Brings me back to NOLA every time. Though I really wish they'd keep their schedule up to date on social media. Haven't had them in over two months because transparency is lacking.
