This location sucks at to go orders. No food modifications, and they still can't get it right. The chicken they put on the nachos is dry like jerky, and so bland. Bartender's, apart from Micheal, range from not personable/inattentive to just rude. They limited their NA beer options which sucks. The food has gotten progressively expensive while the portions have gotten smaller and the quality has gotten worse.

Ate there tonight (01/03/2026) and it WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!! We’ve eaten here a lot and it’s always great but tonight was a miss. First off our waiter was awful. Not attentive, no greeting and we waited a solid hour on our food. No updates at all on what the hold up was. Forgot the salad all together. I finally asked for a manager when she came over it was lackluster at best. When our food came out, I ordered the ultimate sampler, mozzarella sticks, wings, cheese curds and onion rings, the cheese in the sticks and curds was cold. We will not be back for a hot minute

Waitress was very friendly and the location was clean. Prices have gotten insane; the wings are absolute garbage. You end up getting sauced bones with little or no meat on them. Paid $75 with tip to get a terrible meal for my fiancee and I. Would not recommend.

Last time I got food to go it took about 10min extra for the food to actually be ready. This time I showed up 10 minutes late and it still wasn’t ready. App said 7. Didn’t get food until 7:40. Check it before I left and wings are bone dry. Have to stand at the counter for another 5min to wait on somebody to come back out and give me a sauce to toss them in myself. Finally get home and they left out the carrot sticks and celery and didn’t give me any cutlery or even ask if I needed any.

Somebody should really look into how they run the dining room here. It looked like they only had one server and a bartender, not crazy busy but too much for only 2 people. No busser, no host. Half of the tables dirty. We waited for about 15 minutes before we left because we could see at least 6 other groups that also had not been greeted yet, some arrived before us and some after. No attempts being made to clean tables, either. I would think a manager would be helping out if they are that short staffed? We never saw anyone but the server and bartender. Looked at reviews and it seems this happens a lot.

The server was awesome. The atmosphere was amazing. I tried the lemon pepper wings with sauce and all i tasted was lemon. Other than that all was good.

Terrible service. Seat yourself and 30 mins later not a single person had greeted us & we had to clean a table ourselves to even sit down. Wasn’t even that busy for a Sunday afternoon. We had to leave.

The worst food ever. The sauce on the wings was horrible and the mozzarella sticks were cold. Not that this is supposed to be a 5 star but it shouldn't be allowed to serve food like this.

Very loud. Wings were very small and dry. In case you didn't know, all of their wings are shipped to them frozen, FACT! Never fresh, ever.

I ordered wings this evening at 6:10pm with a pickup time of 6:30pm. My husband went in to get them at 6:35 to give them a few extra minutes to get everything bagged up. He spent from 6:35pm to 7:20pm waiting while watching other people come in and order and get their food way before him. Their excuse was we are doing a promotion for veterans day. My husband is a vet but did not have his ID with him. The girl just made up excuse after excuse of why others were coming in and placing a order and getting their food and leaving. All the while he was still waiting. This is absolutely riduliculous. Why do you even have a option to order ahead if you make someone wait almost a hour past the pick up time? Would have made a difference in speed if he had his ID with him? Worst service we have had in a long time. After all the excuses only then did she even offer to have a manager come up. By then all he wanted was to get our food and go. Again why even offer order ahead if you are not going to make the food and have it ready but others just walking in can order and go within 10 to 15 minutes. Do better.......

So I went here to grab lunch for me and a Togo order for my wife. When I walked in a small line. Didn’t see the sign that said seat yourself. There were several open tables so it not like we really had to wait. (The folks in front of me was blocking it). So anyway after we were told to seat ourselves we did. The couple next to me got menus and the gentleman beside me was finishing his meal. The couple beside had a waitress come and get their drink order. I figured the waitress would get my drink order as well nope. The gentleman beside got his Togo order still no acknowledgement. I continued to sit and be patient keep in mind they didn’t seem to be busy (open tables). After about 10min and not being acknowledged I got up and told the couple next to me I can be ignored somewhere else. It’s not like I sat in a corner or anything like that either. They may need to get some training in customer service.
