Ordered 52$ worth of food to-go and this is what I get if you can even consider these “Wings.” What an absolute sorry excuse for what you pay for. Absolutely pathetic and I hope the manger takes time to read this.

Writing this siting in BWW currently. 😣Arrived to blaring TV’s which sure sports place, great. Not when you have to scream for the server to hear you. Once orders were taken the wait was pretty long for a place that wasn’t super busy. Only one meal made it to the table after 20 minutes or so. Another 15 then the other meals finally arrived. Wings were ok although the fries which came with my meal (first to arrive) were cold. Tasted like stale McDonald’s fries after sitting in the bag for 4 hours. The people I came with said the wings were ok, only one stated they purchased a beer and the glass had not been filled which for the price it should have been. Also no condiments at the table & went to get some ourselves. We chose to eat and get out of there since it wasn’t a good experience and will probably not be returning again.

The good: fries great burger good, not smoke filled atmosphere, plenty of room hardly any customers. The bad: slow to get food out. wings cold. Haven't been here in a minute it will be a minute again before I come back. Chick Fil A next door was packed but I bet the quality of food and quick delivery of food would be worth searching for a parking spot. My advice go where all the cars are there's a reason they are that busy.

We always have a good experience here. They are out if at least 1 ítem (food or beverage or both) each time we are there but we don't let that discourage us from going back. We usually sit in the bar área and have really good service.
Dietary restrictions: I eat keto and they held my bread on my burger and substituted a salad for the fríes.

Walked in sat down and in seconds took my order and waited a fair amount of time for my food. Which was fresh, hot, and delicious. Customer service is amazing and price of food is reasonable. I truly recommend Buffolo Wild Wings off highway 153 in hixson tn 37343.
Our server Ms. Breezy was perfect. She was the hardest working server out there, covering at least 5 tables with easy and was so friendly and kind. she’s amazing and i will definitely come back to eat here again. thank you

First time coming and the food was great I came out super fast and hot but my main reason for leaving a review was for our server breezy! She was literally amazing our glasses were never even half way empty. She was so personable and funny! She really made the whole experience!
