everything they make is delicious. it's well done. a delicate, the sauces are wonderful and the people are just so nice. we met them last year at the Chattanooga Holiday Market and I just had a nice supper with some of chef Lamont's incredible beets. I need to replenish my stock, his pickles and his beets, his canned foods. and I bought his book and it's got wonderful recipes and wonderful stories. these are the most amazing people. I just love them
