They closed early twice now. They say 6pm on Sunday and they closed at 530 2nd day in a roll. They do not care about the customer.

Meat was dry and felt like chewing on sandpaper. I ordered a plain philly steak with just the meat and cheese, and the lady handing out the food asked me if i had the philly no veg and i said yes. she continued to put lettuce, tomatoes and mayo on it when it was supposed to be plain. i politely told her it was supposed to be just meat and cheese, she then yells at me, complains about remaking my food, then TOSSES it on the counter and walked away. Customer service was terrible, and so was the food.
The staff here were excellent and the classic cheese steak is probably one of the better ones in the Chattanooga area as well don't have many choices for cheese steak in Chattanooga. I hate that this place is in the mall which absolutely sucks. I wish charleys would open a free standing joint somewhere.

Best Philly Cheesesteak to date, it was hot, juicy and delicious!Fries in the other hand where sloppy.. but the steak made up for that!Personnel could use a little bit more smile :) but maybe it was a busy day..
This review is from my Mom:1/7/23 around 5:45-6:00 PM" I'll never spend money here ever again. Even if it was the only place left to get food from. Someone ordered a Philly cheesesteak and never picked it up. The food had been setting there before I placed my order, then they bagged it for me to eat. One employee told the other staff that I didn't want it because it had been sitting there so long. One of the male cooks was very rude and said they wouldn't replace the old food, so I asked for my money back.I frequent this establishment often when I'm in the Mall, however after this I will not spend another penny!!! Your employees are very disrespectful and will eventually run your business under.

I stopped by the mall today and got my wife a Philly cheese steak the sandwich was okay but really what got me is when they went to get my change back they rounded off to the nearest dollar for them to have the change and give me a receipt showing at they gave me my change where they kept my change that's rip off it them making money off ppl and not asking or pay texts on money that Thay ripping off all the customers it's sad the world's turning into a big rip off

I hate going to the mall, but I love Charlie's steak and cheese. They're the best in town and I keep going back. And if you're there, ask for Whitney she's awesome.

Love the Philly Cheesesteak. I like that I can customize my sandwich. The cook is really helpful and pays attention to his grill to make sure each sandwich is cooked just right! Really good location!Dietary restrictions: I'm on a special diet and can only eat half a small roll although I can have all the meat and toppings. They always cut it in half for me and pile my fillings on the part I'm getting to make it easier for me!

we always LOVE Charley’s subs and recently introduced our 6 year old to their chicken phillys. He had been asking for one every night SO, as soon as my husband and I got off work we drove to the mall to get us all some delicious chicken phillys. Online it said it’s open until 8 but, unfortunately, they said they were closed when we arrived at 7:35. To say we had a crushed 6 year old is an understatement. The food is delicious and our recent customer service experience has been great but tonight was a major let down
