The arcade is fun, but they are extraordinarily rude on the phone in regards to inquiries regarding lost and found items.
I came in yesterday to enjoy your offerings for Chattanooga Burger Week. Your server didn’t know what burger you guys were offering and made a funny face when we asked about it. She was a terrible server and her tip was in direct reflection of her poor performance. Secondly the food was not that good .
The food and service in the restaurant are awful! Barely any wait staff or bartenders. So there are LONG waits for food and beverages. The games are fun tho (the ONLY reason I recommend this place).
