Great food, always hot and fresh. The employees in drive thru are very kind but the managers on duty are not and often heard yelling at employees while they do nothing. Many reviews similar to mine!! Come on chick fil a!

I visited this location this morning (Dec 19 around 9:25 a.m.) and was helped by a very kind, professional young man in the drive-through. Before taking my order, he asked a manager over the headset for clarification about a mobile order pickup.

The manager’s response over the headset was extremely rude and dismissive. I heard the entire exchange, and it was upsetting to see how her tone immediately deflated the employee. I’ve been to many Chick-fil-A locations across the country and have never heard a manager speak to an employee that way.

This review is not about the employee,
he was excellent. My disappointment is solely with the manager’s behavior, which fell far short of the standard Chick-fil-A is known for.

Chicken is always good. I forget they serve sandwiches with pickles and no condiments. So nuggets from now on! Never been a fan of the waffle fry. Sorry. Appreciate the clean facilities.

I rarely come to Chick-fil-A because I have a peanut allergy therefore my options are extremely limited. However, the time that I come to Chick-fil-A, I ordered a large fry and macaroni and cheese. I asked for a glove change (for allergy purposes). I’m not sure if whoever was cooking decided to be funny and poor a pound of salt on my fries and then barely give me any. Again I ordered a large fry but there were maybe only 6 in the box. Additionally, I had 2 fries in the box that were raw! As soon as I bit into the fry it was cold and uncooked. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of my food and unfortunately I wasn’t able to go back to have this corrected, but I shouldn’t have to! Not sure if Chick-fil-A treats everyone who has a peanut allergy like this but I can assure you I WILL NOT BE BACK. Honestly, it would be much easier not only for myself but also for those who are allergic to peanuts…to simply NOT USE peanut oil. Having a peanut allergy is very popular. Get on board with the rest of the world and make your food available to everyone.
