Ordered a 12 meal and a kids meal with grilled nuggets, mac n cheese, hi c, and ice cream to replace toy. Got all the way home the fries with the 12 count was soggy. I was given fries instead of mac n cheese in the kids meal. The young lady repeated my ordered back to me saying Mac n cheese. I called the Hixson store and I told the female manager that our dinner was wasted. She tells me all she can give me is an order of Mac n cheese. I had to go out and get kids more food bc they were still hungry. I’ve never had a problem like this with Chick fil a.

The amount of common sense that still exists in this world can be show-cased by the way this location runs their drive thru. I was in line today for 40 minutes because of inefficient practices. I do understand that the lot is not set up in a way that lends to fast service. However, I did not see a single associate trying to help clear the traffic or take a single step out of the 2 feet of their assigned area of service. I’m not one to leave bad reviews often, but this is a consistent problem that I have seen no effort toward resolve. It has been a problem every time I’ve been there over the past five years. This is not the Chick-fil-A way. Do better.

Food was delicious, but the reason we came (and inside) was to play at their play area. It’s been “closed for cleaning” for at least 3 months, since this is the second time we’ve come inside to play and both times it’s been closed. We had to order fast before our kid melted down and go home. Really disappointing.

I'm so used to going to Chick-fil-A and seeing smiling faces. I guess now like so many others they have decided there's no need to say thank you or sorry for the wait when it takes so much longer or when they take your form of payment or even hand you your food. At none of these checkpoints did anyone say hello or how can I help you or thank you!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE I hope they return to providing good service.
