For a Chick-fil-A, it was pretty slow moving in that drive-through. The employees were good, no complaints about them or the food. I'm not even really complaining about the wait time either, as I've been in much worse. It just seemed like longer than normal and with fewer cars.
I was there yesterday 8/13 and I observed one of the crew members really on his game. Ethan was jogging and hustling the entire time I was waiting. He kept finding things to work on. I was impressed to see that nowadays! Just wanted to give a shout out!
Best chick fil a in the Chattanooga area. Most consistently crispy chicken that’s actually appropriately sized (other locations have started skimping imo). Great service and very well run
