10/10 worst service I’ve ever experienced. As a server myself I am very understanding because I know it can sometimes get very hectic and overwhelming. However, we arrived at 11:45 on a Wednesday & it was not very busy at all. I’d say steady at best & we sat for an hour before even receiving our appetizer (that is double charged on my bill) & getting our order taken :( needless to say we will not be back.

Our waiter was a good sport, we came in late the allowed us to do so however manager came to our table at 10 55 said they close at 11. We haven't even got our food yet, food arrived at 1057 they did allow us to eat and be goofy the waiter was awesome but management us crappy, if u allow guest in last min don't be rude with we close at 11 and huff and puff bc they food we ordered we goin to sit and enjoy

Food was great(obviously-its a chili’s so duh its gonna be good) but the service was AMAZING!! Our waiter Chevy was so kind and attentive-she made sure to give us plenty of time before ordering and the food came out quick! she was so funny and it showed that she liked working and enjoying connecting with customers. she makes chili’s a better place-everyone come to this chili’s right NEOW

We had a great time thanks to our server, Chevy!! The food was great, but her efforts as a server elevated the entire experience. She was friendly and helpful, offering a personal connection while providing prompt, attentive service. She frequently returned to check in, and was quick to bring us drink refills and anything we needed! I'm more likely to frequent Chili's again thanks to the excellent service she provided.

Food was fine, fresh and hot. However. The service was lousy. When delivered to my table. The server pretty much dropped it and said "here". She never checked back to see if I needed anything, etc. People wany to be treated with respect, not as an inconvenience.

I had a girls' trip with my daughters to celebrate their birthdays, and the service was fantastic. The food was delicious, and it was affordable, even with a couple of adult drinks for me. We stayed within walking distance of the restaurant, making it easy to get there from our hotel. Although there were many great places to eat, my children are very particular about their food, and Chili's was a hit with everyone’s taste buds. Thank you!

Have to give a shout out to Hannah V. as a server and Nate, the cook! Hannah was fast and courteous. When I asked if I could pay extra for additional seasoning on my Cajun Chicken Pasta, Hannah immediately said yes. When I saw what was presented to me, I had to ask who cooked it. MAJOR props to Nate in the kitchen for knowing what EXTRA seasoning means. Will be back because of these two showing outstanding customer service.
