Food was fine, fresh and hot. However. The service was lousy. When delivered to my table. The server pretty much dropped it and said "here". She never checked back to see if I needed anything, etc. People wany to be treated with respect, not as an inconvenience.

I had a girls' trip with my daughters to celebrate their birthdays, and the service was fantastic. The food was delicious, and it was affordable, even with a couple of adult drinks for me. We stayed within walking distance of the restaurant, making it easy to get there from our hotel. Although there were many great places to eat, my children are very particular about their food, and Chili's was a hit with everyone’s taste buds. Thank you!

Have to give a shout out to Hannah V. as a server and Nate, the cook! Hannah was fast and courteous. When I asked if I could pay extra for additional seasoning on my Cajun Chicken Pasta, Hannah immediately said yes. When I saw what was presented to me, I had to ask who cooked it. MAJOR props to Nate in the kitchen for knowing what EXTRA seasoning means. Will be back because of these two showing outstanding customer service.

Hi owner, just wanted to say the manager on duty this evening (12/19/24) is completely rude and unprofessional. While I was asking for his help in a matter he said “I have another issue to deal with upfront” and just walked away. Really disappointed in the service here!
This location forgot part of my togo-order. I informed them immediately while still at the store then proceeded to show the order and the receipt but both the togo server and the manager had an attitude and refused to help in any way! A small issue they could have easily resolved turned into me leaving without my food and going out of my way to buy the same item again!

Excellent service. We arrived around 4:00 p.m. and we're seated immediately. There were 10 in our party and we received crate service. The hostess and the server were very pleasant.
Kid-friendliness: The hostess had a high chair waiting at the table when we were seated. The server and the hostess talk to the toddler in our group. The server refilled the toddler's water cup and chatted with her. Very friendly.

I've never been a fan because of experiences at other locations, but decided to try it because of the shorter wait times for the area. We was very impressed party of 7 an everyone's order was correct
