It was super dark. We could barely see the menus and we were there just before 12pm. Our server did not greet us with a smile. She also would not speak up. None of us could hear her. She also would not let us know she was back with a drink. She would just stand behind us holding the drink. She was a bit rude and we did not leave her a tip. Her attitude and work ethic was gross. My sister and I both have worked in the food industry. We were never like that!!

Let me start off by saying we LOVE Chili’s. We frequent our one in Nashville often. So to say we are disappointed in the one in downtown Chattanooga would be an understatement.
The hostess, when we asked how she was, responded “I’m here.” No greeting. Then she slammed our menus and silverware on the table and walked away. It was very disconcerting.
Our drinks were never filled. We had to ask for multiple things.
The part that led me to writing this review is that I took my two year old into the bathroom. Three female employees were hanging out at the sink area. I went into a stall and then went back to the sink area. The employees hadn’t left, but this time one of them had her pants pulled down. I saw all of her underwear because her jeans were undone and pulled down. I was horrified. I had my child with me! She apologized, but didn’t leave. In fact, I had to maneuver around the employees in order to get my toddler’s hands washed. I was beyond flustered and disturbed.

I door dashed a triple dipper, there was 0 sauce on the tenders and the burgers were burnt and inedible. The buns looked like they have been bitten out of. Honestly I wouldn’t of left a review if I hadn’t paid 28$ for this and it’s literally disgusting.

I had a hair in my food in now way was I compensated just offered another pasta which I don’t want because it HAD HAIR IN IT. The manager apologized but did not compensate I asked could I get tenders instead and I was told I would have to pay for them and the tenders are cheaper than the pasta the decency is to give me another meal not make me pay for. I’m not ratchet so I didn’t act out. I paid for my sons meal and my drink and I left my server was nice

Chili’s offers a solid, casual dining experience with a wide menu that has something for everyone. The food is fresh and comes out fast, with generous portions. The atmosphere is relaxed and the staff friendly and attentive.
On the downside, it can get pretty busy during peak hours, which sometimes leads to longer waits. The noise level can be a bit high, making it hard to have a quiet conversation. Also, some dishes can be hit or miss depending on who’s cooking that day. Overall, a dependable choice for casual dining downtown.

10/10 worst service I’ve ever experienced. As a server myself I am very understanding because I know it can sometimes get very hectic and overwhelming. However, we arrived at 11:45 on a Wednesday & it was not very busy at all. I’d say steady at best & we sat for an hour before even receiving our appetizer (that is double charged on my bill) & getting our order taken :( needless to say we will not be back.
