The last 2 times we have ordered from choo choo upon opening the plate we have instantly seen hair coming out of the food. Granted they have replaced it both times , the staff other then the man outside on the smoker have been so rude and treated us as if we were the bad guys. Do better choo choo, your food is too good for your presentation and customer service to be so bad !
Hi Choo Choo management and staff……. I’m from Massachusetts and today I had my first Tennessee barbecue from your establishment…….I don’t need to try barbecue anywhere else in Tennessee….. I had the pork ribs…… it was absolutely amazing……if I die today I die a happy man…….thank you for your expertise…… keep up the good work……. Simply amazing……..please share with your staff
I am very sceptical about eating BBQ at restaurants but I was very surprised. This is true pit BBQ cooked with hickory. I told my wife as I was eating how juicy, tender and smokey the pulled pork was. The coleslaw was delicious, the french fries were hot and crispy. It couldn't have been any better. I also ordered a large double cheese burger and it was delicious. The service was fast and friendly. I highly recommend this place. can't wait to go back!
