Got fajitas to go and ended up with no tortillas. I called the Chattanooga restaurant and let them know. The manager delivered them personally to our house! What great service!! Amazing.

This is an isolated incident review as my hubby and I go to this Chuy’s location often. I’m a vegetarian and haven’t touched meat in 20 years. I always get the bean and cheese burrito. I ordered that this time. After about four bites I noticed some oil oozing out but it didn’t register with me until a few bites later and realized there was meat in my burrito. When I brought it to their attention they were very apologetic and made me another one quickly. BUT my point is, for someone who doesn’t and hasn’t eaten meat this could be very disappointing.

The food was OK ive been to this location twice. Each time the rice was over And undercooked if makes sense. It was mushy and hard on the inside. Once is a mess up, twice just means they rush the food. Had the fajitas the 2nd trip, and they were bland and burnt, I ate the chicken and it was super dry. We will stick to the Knoxville location for Chuys from now on. Which is disappointing because their usually a great place to eat.
Great Saturday night dinner experience for two weary travelers at Chuys in Chattanooga. Lydia was on point as a server. Explained several options and gave great recommendations. Food was hot, and both delightful to the eyes and the palette. We try to stop anytime we come thru the area.

I will have to say we really enjoyed eating here! Only fall back, had several party groups that made our food wait longer! We filled up on chips, Pico & jalapeno dip! Was super delicious though!
