I had the most delicious twist on a shepherds pie. They covered it on top with shredded hashbrowns and cheese and a dollop of sour cream and chives in the middle and it was just absolutely fabulous. The best part was the amazing roast beef underneath it all.

Service was slow due to staff shortages, couldn’t order what we wanted due to they ran out of item on menu and no one apologized for the poor service.

Well first let me say I've been a regular customer at this cracker barrel since it opened. This past visit was disappointing because first of all our waitress must have been new, she seemed very scatter brained. We were having dinner with friends and ordered salads as a side but the waitress didn't bring them until the whole order was completed. I had to ask for a refill of my drink and when she brought the food my wife's was not what she ordered as far as portion...
