I've been on a quest to find decent Chinese pepper steak here in Chattanooga. China Lee was the best but closed a few years ago. Went over to China House on Tuesday, only to find out that is the day they are closed. Went back today and their pepper steak is as good as I remember China Lee's. The special dinner combinations are a great value. The vegetables were fresh and cooked perfectly. My mother enjoyed the egg drop soup and my daughter and I thought the hot and sour soup had just enough heat.
