Great way to order from your favorite restaurant with accuracy of order and pick up from a delivery service in the Chattanooga and surrounding area. Very few errors through the years and although you pay to add the service it's worth the add if you want to order in.
Fantastic, local service. The drivers are always super polite and the support you get through either email or by calling is 2nd to none. If you ever have an issue they are really fast with fixing it, unlike other delivery services. If you're in the Chattanooga area or in northern Georgia, I couldn't recommend them enough to deliver your next meal!
I like that they have a lot of restaurants to choose from. However, occasionally some orders are incorrect (most are the restaurant's fault and not of the deliverer) - but when I call them they end up getting my order fixed (either through refund or having to deliver what was left out). So in that respect customer service is great to work with.
