I do enjoy this place whenever I can find one around. Good food and good service every time I’m here. I also enjoy the reward system so there is a little incentive on coming back.

This Dos Bros has to be the best location in the Chattanooga area. The staff are very welcoming and they give you very very generous portions, always my go to place whenever I’m coming home from the gym.

They definitely cheat you on the portions of food compared to every other Dos Bros I have been to. I added guacamole and chips to my order and I swear there were only about 12 chips in the bag. The guacamole has always been my favorite item to get and when I got it here it was sour and tasted horrible. The workers seemed bothered by their customers. Also saw another lady tell the worker to give her more of certain items because they wanna be cheap and not give adequate portions. Absolute waste of money! Will continue to go to the ones over in Chattanooga and not go back here!

I will say I was highly disappointed by our experience given the positive reviews.

Food: first and biggest issue is they serve food out of thin plastic bags and containers. I assume this prevents them from keeping the food heated properly, because our food was served to us cold which makes me question how safe it is to eat after it’s been sitting on the line for multiple hours, not to mention how many microplastics are leeching into the food. On top of that the food lacked salt and they serve barely any beans with a relatively huge portion of rice.

Service: people look like they are done with you before you even order anything, just kind of throwing the toppings on in a careless way.

Expected to enjoy this place but with this level of service and food safety and quality standards I would never go back.
