Dumb Cluck is a food truck located beside Shady’s Corner Bar in Chattanooga. The food is good, phenomenal, fresh, and out of this world. Specific standout items include the smash burger, described as life-changing and delicious. The cowboy burger is also delicious and a favorite. For chicken, the loaded tenders DC style and chicken tenders are awesome. The DC loaded fries and fries tenders are repeatedly praised as awesome and fire. The jalapeño mac and cheese bites are good but not very spicy. Seating is outside at picnic tables at Shady’s Corner, which provides an amazing atmosphere and is a great afternoon or Friday night hangout. The service from the guys working the truck is consistently highlighted as exceptional, cool, and five-star, surpassing the food itself. Many customers state they will definitely return, recommend it, and found it a great choice better than chain fast food.
