Not being from here I didn't realize this was a fast food joint, like a McDonald's. Was not what I was expecting. Food was just OK. I wouldn't come back.

This place is amazing! I loved the food. I ate the fajita plate and my brother had the fire bowl. Big portions. Best food I have eaten out in a long time! Wish they had one in Alabama.

I went to Firebox today for the first time in 2 years. I used to love their food but haven't been in a while. I hate to say it but I was extremely disappointed and won't be back. I paid $40 for two sandwiches and two orders of fries. The sandwiches were extremely underwhelming and have changed drastically since my last visit. The bread wasn't nearly as good and the meat tasted frozen. The fries, which used to be amazing, were also switched to an obviously cheaper and inferior product. This is the last time I'll waste that much money on glorified fast food. If you're considering Firebox for lunch or dinner, save your money.

I'm from Huntsville al if you would open a franchise there it WOULD BE VERY SUCCESSFUL!! nothing there get near the quality and taste of your food so far look into it it would be worth it Huntsville alot bigger then chattanooga and growing quickly
