I think waffle house in general doesn't get the attention it needs. Imagine having to serve the rudest most intoxicated individuals!
Waffle house has been a staple in most community's. Although it doesn't have a Michelin rating, its food is better than some big brand restaurants, and the time to recieve your food would put a McDonald's drive thru to shame
