I recently visited Waffle House with my kids and had an outstanding experience thanks to our waiter, Tim. His kindness and attentiveness made our meal truly enjoyable. Tim went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious, but Tim's exceptional service truly made our visit memorable. We will definitely return! Highly recommended!

This is the worst waffle house I have ever been to we waited over a hour for our food, not to mention the people after us were seated and food came out way before ours! The man beside us with children was heated because when we came in he said him and his children had been waiting 45 minutes to eat already ! And it wasn't due to a crowd they are so un organized this place is a shame and needs to be restrained!

While on a mini vacation in Chattanooga we had breakfast at this location. The service and food was excellent, the restaurant was very clean and tidy. One of the best Waffle House's we have dined in. Thank you to all the staff there, Great Job!!!!!

Ordered one waffle it was undercooked and had dough inside. Manager replaced it with one that was dark brown on the outside and still had doughy inside. it was cooked at too high of a heat. Did not give it time to cook inside. I still paid for it reluctantly since it was Christmas Day.

I gave the waitress 5 single dollar bills and clearly told her " here is $5 I'll put the rest on my card" she kept my $5 and charged my card the full price, it was to go so gratuity was already add plus some other 10% charge. I let her keep it, but here's the TIP..... DON'T DO THAT!!!
